Swedish Customer Mr. Holt Visited Our Company
Our company is a specializing in filling and packing machinery, including semi-auto powder filling machine, automatic powder filling capping production line and so on. We are able to better meet and exceed customers’ diverse product needs by providing designs that are exactly suited to their requirements.
Mr. Holt owns a spices powder company in Sweden with 17 years history. He planned to buy two sets of automatic powder filling capping production line from our company, one is a single auger filler powder filling capping labeling production line, other one is a double-auger filling capping labeling production line.
Our staff first time received the email of Mr. Holt in April, and engineer provided a detailed scheme and kept in touch all the time. For better knowing about the machine of our company, the Swedish customer Mr. Holt visited our company on June 19th, 2018.
On June 19, Mr. Holt brought to Zhengzhou the containers and samples of their company, including 70 plastic bottles and 100 glass bottles with different sizes and 75 Kg spice powder. Taka Chang, the International Trade Director gave Mr. Holt a warm welcome. And Taka explained every detail, including the performance parameters, the work process and so on to him. Mr. Holt commended the strength and scale of the company’s equipment manufacturing technology and inquired in detail about the production technology. The engineers were moved by his carefulness and dedication and tried their best to provide satisfactory solutions.
Mr. Holt needs to mix some different spices when filling and the weight of the powder is not a concern, but bottles should be kept in top-full state during transportation. The engineer team of our company designs an up-down vibration device for them, which contains a patent and it is different from the left-right vibration device. The up-down vibration device can improve the tap density of the spice powder and ensure that the spice powder will not sprinkle out. The engineers showed the working process of the filling line to Mr. Holt, and he said “We need it”. During the whole process of communication, the most frequent words he said was “I trust you”.
“We started our spice business in 2001 on a small scale and it has grown bigger every year, because our product quality is the best.”- Mr. Holt told us, “The best product is produced in the best processing equipment. I pay a special visit from Sweden to your company to evaluate the quality of equipment. They are what I need.”
Mr. Holt said the visit trip has yielded great results, which will not only help them learn experience from our company, but also promote the friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two companies. In the end, both of us expressed our desire to have in-depth exchanges and establish cooperative relations as quickly as possible.
