The machine is suitable for some dosing small volume powder from 5 grams to 10 grams, and different from the earlier semi-automatic powder filling machine which we exported to Germany.

The client fist contact with us by sending an inquiry to our sales person on May 25th. He wanted to buy one set of semi-automatic dry powder auger dosing filling machine for acrylic powder with a particle size of 53-68 microns, which is one kind of chemical powders. And the fill range is adjustable from 5 to 10 grams. This customer is a very thoughtful person.
At beginning, he wanted to buy the model number P2 which is also one of our best-selling of semi-automatic dry powder auger dosing filling machine. - P2 is an upgraded version, this one is equipped with servo motor and touch screen, which means operation is easier and filling speed is quicker.
- PC is special because it is a machine for weighing while dosing filling. The PC equipped with clamp and hold device which uses two-speed auger feed. The auger dosing range is adjustable from 1KG to 5KG. And the accuracy is less than ±0.3% which higher than P1 and P2.
- P4 is a small volume dosing filling machine among them. It is special for small volume powder dosing, the fill range from 1 gram to 50 grams.
